Individualized Autism Workshops

Board Certified Behavior Analysts conduct intensive workshops with the treatment team working with the child in the Spectrum. The team includes parents, extended family if appropriate, BHT team, BC, MT, and anyone else who is closely working with the child.

Workshops occur every six to eight weeks and are an average of 4-5 hours in duration. The behavior analyst also conducts school observations as part of the workshop process in order to bridge home and school and encourage consistency. Consultation and presentations for training are also provided to schools for program development.

The team consults on progress made and determines what programs require modifications, what new programs need to be developed, what has been mastered and may be placed on maintenance, and so on. As a result of the workshop, a report is generated as the blueprint for the next six to eight weeks of interventions.
