Individual Counseling is recommended for anyone who has been diagnosed with depression or other mood disorders, anxiety, phobias, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, developmental disorders, impulse control, obsessive-compulsive disorders, etc. Services are also appropriate for individuals experiencing situational mental health disturbances, given stressors (e.g., loss of loved one, loss of job, etc). One on one therapy is conducted in an office setting by trained and experienced therapists. Unique treatment interventions are developed based on the specific needs and characteristics of the individual. Outpatient counseling can be beneficial for individuals of any age and does not require a psychiatric or psychological evaluation in order to access services. The initial session will be conducted by a qualified clinician to determine if outpatient therapy is appropriate. Possible therapeutic interventions can include cognitive/behavioral therapy, hypnosis, and play therapy.
