Vocational & Psychological Services accepts most commercial insurances and Medical Assistance reimbursement. Intensive Behavioral Support Services (IBHS) are reimbursed by Medical Assistance and some commercial insurance carriers if the client is diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and Act 62 coverage is available.. If the child/adolescent does not financially qualify for a medical card, Medical Assistance funds can typically be secured if the child/adolescent has a mental health diagnosis as documented via a psychiatric or psychological evaluation. If your child qualifies for Medical Assistance, via any method, intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS), counseling and autism services are typically free of charge to the consumer.
